What makes us different?
We want you to feel like you’ve walked into your home away from home whenever you set foot in our gym. Have a coffee on us, catch up with the other members and be ready to turn it on when your name is called to get your workout started.
Whether you have a good bit of training behind you or have never touched a weight in your life, one of our world class coaches will be on hand through everything you do to make sure you get the most out of each and every session.
Book sessions whenever suits you via our mobile app. With access to over 50 PT slots per week plus multiple group classes to make sure we fit your schedule. Our professional programming means you can be in and out within an hour every single visit.
We strive each and every day to facilitate the success of our members. Whatever your goals are, we will help you work towards and maintain them in the long term.

Improve Glasgow is a difficult place to put into one category. All I can say is it’s amazing. All the staff are professional, make you feel at home and push you to getting fitter. This is the place for those of you (like me) that dreaded the thought of going to the gym and being the fat, out-of-shape person surrounded by people that appear to live in the gym and look in the mirror all day.
This is the only gym I have ever felt comfortable in. The coaches are amazing, so supportive and they really believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself. They build a great atmosphere and community where everyone supports each other.
Having spent some time with a number of different gyms and trainers in and around the Glasgow area in the last 5 years, I can honestly say that yours is the one that has impressed me the most, by a significant margin.
You are all clearly very talented and motivated coaches, and even more importantly, you all authentically want us to get the most from our time in the gym – whatever level we are working at.
Unlike any gym experience I’ve ever had. The personal trainers are kind, patient and supportive in their encouragement. The trainers are interested in each and every person…My ongoing experience is motivational and very inspirational.
Completely blown away, as the place is so much more than I expected. I would say coming to Improve has been a game-changer for me. From being lazy and putting off going to the gym until “next week”, always tired and lethargic, I now have a healthy structure in place, eat better train hard and have much more self-discipline. Practically, I feel better look better and have a lot more energy. Can’t ask for much more.

When we first spoke, Lee was unhappy with the direction his life was heading.
He was approaching his mid-40’s and after losing his dad far too early to ill-health, he wanted to turn his life around to ensure he didn’t meet a similar fate.
In little over a year, he’s transitioned from fearing a heart-attack and being intimidated by gyms to becoming on of our most consistent performers.
In just 12 months, our Victoria has lost 20kg, run multiple 10k’s, and walked the West Highland Way.
She’s walked the walk (literally), now she’s here to talk the talk.
