They say it takes 21 days to make a habit and so after successfully completing your tune up, you’ll have the opportunity to capatalise on your new-found momentum and motivation by becoming a fully-fledged member of Improve Glasgow.
We’re always happy to see our community grow from strength to strength (figuratively and literally) and would love for you to join us.
Our memberships range from £169-279pm and one of our team will help figure out which one suits you best.
We have sessions running every hour on the hour from 6am-1pm & 4-8pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday; as well as from 6am-11am & 4pm-8pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and 7am-12pm on Saturday.
All of our sessions are accessible via a super-user-friendly mobile booking app so there’s no need to worry about going back and forth over text or email to book your sessions.
Not at all – you’ll fit right in! Many of those who start with us are totally new to the gym environment, but ability/skill level really doesn’t matter.
We’ll meet you where you are in your introductory session and appropriately challange you session after session to ensure you’re progressing at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

21 days is a great window of time to set new habits and build foundations. Typically, people report improved energy levels, sleep quality and increased strength and fitness in just the first few weeks.

We’ll chat through your concerns on the phone, assess during your introductory session and make a plan to manage the issue(s) together.
