An introductory call with one of our coaches to talk through your goals so we can develop the best strategy to help you improve your health, fitness, shape and confidence.

Up to 10 small group Personal Training sessions that are tailored for your individual needs, based on your fitness levels, how you’re feeling on the day and your goals.

How does it work?

2. Book a Success Strategy Call

Hop on a call with one of our team to talk through what you’re looking to achieve, clear up anything you’re not sure about, ensure we’re the right fit for each other, and develop a strategy to set you up for success during your 30 Day Trial and beyond.

3. Sign up

Assuming you’re keen to get started and we believe we’re a good fit for you, we’ll take payment over the phone. Or, if you’d prefer, we can send you a link to our Sign Up page for you to sort at your convenience.

4. Get Started

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll get you booked in for your first session and look forward to welcoming you to what we believe is the friendliest gym in town. We’ll set your account up in our mobile booking system and send you a link to our private Facebook group, as well as our online resources. All that’s left to do is walk to our front desk – we’ll handle the rest.

That’s totally up to you. The trial period gives you the opportunity to take us (the team, the programme and the facility itself) for a test drive and allows you to make an informed decision as to which of our memberships (if any) suit you best, based on a number of factors; including: your needs, wants, training prefences, goals, schedule, and budget. Our memberships range from £169-249 and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re doing what’s best for you and your goals. If you’re happy going it alone after the 30 days, that’s no problem either.

We have sessions running from 6am-8pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6am-7pm; as well as from 6am-11am & 4pm-8pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and 7am-12pm on Saturday.

All of our sessions are accessible via a super-user-friendly mobile booking app so there’s no need to worry about going back and forth over text or email to book your sessions.

Just let us know and we’ll give you your money back. It’s not happened yet, but we really don’t want anyone feeling like they have to come to our gym. We want everyone to want to be there.

No, in our Personal Training sessions you’ll be training with between 1 and 5 other people. This allows us to offer a flexible and affordable Personal Training service that delivers a unique blend between individual attention and coaching, as well as camaraderie and support whilst working with likeminded people.

No, we can get your started whenever is most convenient for you; assuming we have the availability.

We’ll get you booked in for your first session, set up an account for you in our booking system and send you links to our private Facebook group and our online resources.

During your 30 Day Trial period, we’ll be in touch on a regular basis (usually via the phone but we’ll email if we can’t reach you) to ask how you’re getting on and if there’sv anything more we can do for you.

Your time with us is all about you and we’ll do everything in our power to ensure that you’re enjoying it and that we’re meeting your needs.

Not at all. Many of those who start with us are totally new to the gym environment, but ability/skill level really doesn’t matter.

Nope. We’ll meet you where you are just now and will help build you up gradually.

We doubt it. We’ve got a bundle of athletes across a variety of different sports, from boxing to MMA to running to football training with us. Personal Training means everything will be tailored to your needs; so it doesn’t matter how fit/unfit you are, you’ll be challenged accordingly.

If you’re still not sure, get in touch and arrange to come in and meet us. We’re sure you’ll not be disappointed.

If you’re totally new to exercise and have never done much ‘structured’ stuff before; i.e. lifted weights, etc. then you’ll be absolutely fine with us.

You will struggle a little in your first few sessions and your muscles will be sorer than you’d like for a few days afterward.

This is pretty unavoidable, however, we do our absolute best to make sure you’re appropriately challenged. What we mean by that is that we’ll try not to take it too easy on you or push you too hard.

We respect that everyone is at different levels and we’ll aim to ‘meet you where you are’.

It can get busy, yes. (We’d be worried if it wasn’t.) However, we’ve equipt the gym and staff it to a level where we can handle to number of people we have on our books.

If the gym got to a level where we were struggling to keep up with the demand, we’d hire more Personal Trainers or we’d stop selling memberships.

Quality of service is of paramount importance to us, and our reviews and testimonials are testament to that.

We don’t think those words connote intimidation or induce fear, and we’re sure you don’t either.

Our gym is full of people who don’t like gyms and therefore they’ll totally empathise with you no matter what stage of your journey you’re at.

Also, at the time of writing, our membership is 53% female and 47% male. We’re fairly sure that if our gym was intimidating for females that ratio would be dominated by males.

So, if you’re female you’ll be absolutely fine. And if you’re male, you don’t have to worry about huge egos as we simply wouldn’t, and won’t, stand for it.
