On our 30 Day Trial, you have access to up to 10 Personal Training sessions (which we run in our small group format), as well as having unlimited access to our HIIT, Boxing anbd Build classes.
Your 30 Day Trial commences on your first visit and ends 30 days later. Neither sessions or days can be carried forward.
We use a booking system named TeamUp.
When you sign up, we will create an account for you and you will recieve an email to set up your account.
Booking sessions is very straightforward. Simply choose the day, time and session (i.e. Personal Training or HIIT) you’d like to book and click ‘book’.
We politely ask that you book your sessions at least 12 hours in advance. This lets us know you’re coming in and allows us to tailor your session, as best we can, to suit you.
We politely ask that you give us 24-hours notice to cancel a Personal Training session. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting that session.
Changes to Our Timetable
Please note that there may be occasions where we have to amend our session timetable. This doesn’t happen often and if/when it does we shall endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and will do our utmost to make it up to you (because we’re nice like that).
Example occasions are staff emergencies, holidays and other unforeseen/unpreventable circumstances.
Getting hold of people has never been easier than it is today. We’ve got smartphones and laptops with constant access to calls, texts, emails, Whatsapps, Facebook Messenger and everything in between.

Membership at Improve
Once your trial is up you can either take what you’ve learned and merrily sail off into the horizon, or you can hang around and jump onto one of our memberships.
Our memberships range between £199-279 per month, depending on how you’d like to structure your training.
The trial period allows you to test us out and figure out which membership (if any) would be best for you going forward.
